Organ Donation

A photographic exhibition and booklet of images communicating the emotions of living kidney donation is available for anyone wanting to raise awareness of living donation.

Inspired by the need for patients to talk about living donation with family and friends as a treatment option, Dr Jennie Jewitt-Harris and Victoria Lush spent several months talking to patients and donors about their thoughts and feelings before and after donation. Supported by an educational grant from Novartis, the findings are shown through a series of images and quotations.
