Why not insert an organ donation flyer and a registration form into your staff payslips – it’s the one thing you can guarantee everyone will open! We can provide artwork for a variety of different sized flyers to fit most payslip envelopes. We can also give you a unique campaign code to track the number of staff who sign up to the NHS Organ Donor Register as a result of your payslip campaign.

Manchester did it! You can too

In a massive awareness-raising campaign, Manchester City Council distributed organ donation flyers to each of their 27,000 employees last year.

Signed up yet? flyers were specially designed to fit inside the council's usual payslips. They encouraged people to join the NHS Organ Donor Register then and there, and to talk about this decision with close friends and family.

Almost 500 staff signed up as a result of the campaign and thousands more were encouraged to think about organ donation, some perhaps for the first time.
