Liver Advisory Group
This group includes two representatives from each liver transplant centre, one physician and one surgeon, together with transplant co-ordinator and patient representatives and other interested groups, including paediatric specialists involved in both liver and small bowel transplantation.
In addition to the specific organ allocation scheme for livers there are separate versions of National Protocols and Guidelines for liver transplantation in children and in adult patients.
