Electronic marketing

Using email and the Internet have become popular ways of communicating in recent years. We've come up with a number of suggestions to use electronic forms of marketing to help get the message about organ donation across to as many people as possible.

Place a link on your website

Include a link to the registration page of our site with some text on your home page. We can supply banners, images or copy.

Send your staff an email

Screenshot of email used for the email campaignLooking for a quick and easy way to promote organ donation at work? How about our email campaign? We’ve designed an email for employers to send to staff. It’s a great way to get colleagues involved and doesn’t take up too much work time!

The email contains links to the website where staff can find out more about organ donation and transplantation and join the NHS Organ Donor Register.

Our email can be easily loaded onto any email or intranet system. You can add your own company logo and a message to staff. We can track the number of your staff who sign up as a result of the campaign and feed these figures back to you. We can also give you free posters to put up in your workplace to accompany the campaign.

Email a friend

We've created an email letter available as a pdf to encourage friends, family and workmates to join the NHS Organ Donor Register. You can simply email this as an attachment to people in your address book who can then follow the instructions to sign up!
